How long do the chocolates last?
It is highly recommended to leave the chocolates out at room temperature and not to refrigerate them to prevent them from losing their freshness quickly. We want to ensure that you enjoy our treats at its best quality. Once bought, our items (chocolates particularly) can last up to 2-3 weeks of freshness.
What are your business hours?
We are open 7 days a week, including most holidays. All our hours are based in the Central Daylight Time Zone. Our business hours are:
Sunday: 3 pm – 10 pm
Monday-Saturday: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm
How can I order for big events and how early can we order them before the deadline?

If we did not like the items we ordered, can we ask for a refund?

What are your gift wrapping/decorating options?
For custom event/bulk orders, we cater packaging as requested (ribbons, clear cellophane, special messages, different box sizes, etc.)
